The Compagnia Nazionale di Danza Storica started in 2014 a tradition of including foreign and Italian diplomats among its Ambassadors. By so doing the CNDS wished to acknowledge the extraordinary role they play in upholding and promoting culture and dialogue between countries. A CNDS Ambassador is a key-player in promoting and enhancing friendly ties between our culture and that of the foreign diplomat who is posted in Italy, as in the case of H.E. Christian Berlakovits, Ambassador of Austria to Italy, or between our culture and that of the country where an Italian diplomat operates, as in the case of H.E. Giorgio Marrapodi, former Italian Ambassador to Austria or H.E Massimo Rustico, Italian Ambassador to Hungary. CNDS ambassadors engage in promoting culture and facilitating understanding between people by promoting high-profile artistic and cultural initiatives thus showing their sincere appreciation for the initiatives that lie at the core of CNDS bylaws.
The Compagnia Nazionale di Danza Storica has great faith in its distinguished Ambassadors being certain they will continue to support CNDS and its future endeavors.
Among CNDS Ambassadors, the Compagnia Nazionale di Danza Storica also counts with outstanding individuals who have been recognized for their active support in promoting CNDS cultural projects. They have shown loyalty to the Association and its principles and a determination to divulge its method, teachings, studies and values. The CNDS will continue to work with them to further a common project in accordance with its Management.
